How to delete your BidRebel account and data
You can delete your BidRebel account at any time. Open the BidRebel app, go to Settings, and choose Delete account. If you cannot access the app, email us at support@bidrebel.com and we will help you.
What is deleted
We remove your personal information from your BidRebel profile, including your name, contact details, address, and saved payment methods, and we sign you out of all devices.
What we keep, and why
The law requires us to keep certain records for a limited time. We keep transaction and tax records for up to 7 years, records needed to resolve disputes and prevent fraud, background-check compliance records as required by law, and any records subject to a legal hold. These records are retained to meet our legal, tax, and compliance obligations and to protect the marketplace. They are no longer linked to your profile once your deletion completes. Open activity
If your account has an active job, a live bid, a payment that has not settled, funds in escrow, or an open dispute, those must be resolved before your account can be fully deleted.
Restoring and re-registering
Your account is locked as soon as you request deletion. You can restore it by signing back in within 30 days. After 30 days, deletion is permanent. Once deletion completes, you can register again with the same email address.
